Parent Connection

Families are an important part of the Llano Elementary Library! We want parents and caregivers to feel connected to what their children read, learn, and discover in the library.

Parents are always welcome to contact the library with questions, ideas, or book recommendations. If there is a book, author, series, or topic you think our students would enjoy, we would love to hear your suggestion. We consider recommendations along with student interest, curriculum needs, age appropriateness, and our library collection goals.

We also encourage families to talk with their children about the books they are reading and to help us build a strong reading community both at school and at home.
